Berrylicious Frozen Yogurt
12 oz bag of frozen mixed berries, rinsed, drained and pureed
1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of Greek low fat yogurt
1 cup of whole milk
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Toss all ingredients into a mixer or food processor on medium speed. Mix until smooth. Dump the mixture into the bowl of your yogurt machine. Mix until there is a thick consistency which will be about 20 - 25 minutes. Remove the ingredients from the machine and pour into a container with an airtight lid. Freeze until frozen yogurt is firm. Some frozen yogurt machines have built-in refrigeration so removing the mixture will not be necessary. Enjoy!
